Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Sales Specialist located in Dubai. The B2B Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, providing customer service, and training new sales staff. The role requires developing sales strategies, overseeing sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, preparing sales reports, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience in sales and sales management
- Ability to train and mentor new sales staff
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in B2B sales is a plus
