Job Title: B2B Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Business Development
Job Summary
The B2b Sales Executive will lead the business-to-business sales function, drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and expand market presence. The role includes developing strategic sales plans, managing and mentoring the sales team, and meeting organizational sales targets across assigned regions/segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor performance of the B2B sales team.
- Conduct market research to understand business trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Build a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Create proposals, negotiate deals, and close high-value contracts with decision-makers/CXOs.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to optimize offerings and customer experience.
- Track sales KPIs and provide regular performance reports to the senior leadership team.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain strong ethical conduct in sales operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business expansion.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience in managing and scaling a high-performing sales team.
- Ability to build strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven sales management.
