Job Description:

The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources, ensuring efficient HR operations, compliance with UAE labour laws, and a positive work culture. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the manufacturing or fit-out industry and proven expertise in managing HR processes independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategic plans aligned with company goals.
  • Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Supervise payroll, attendance, and employee leave management.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, and other government formalities.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance staff performance.
  • Support management in manpower planning, budgeting, and organizational development.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the UAE (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in manufacturing, retail fit-out, or signage industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a diverse workforce.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
