Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
HR Analytics & Employee Engagement Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving data-driven HR decisions, managing employee engagement programs, and supporting a positive workplace culture. This role requires analytical thinking, creativity, and excellent interpersonal skills to foster an engaging and high-performing environment across the organization.

Responsible for:

  • Collect and analyze HR data related to headcount, turnover, recruitment, and performance.
  • Prepare HR dashboards and reports for management decision-making.
  • Support manpower planning and HR metrics tracking.
  • Design and execute employee engagement activities and surveys.
  • Analyze feedback and recommend actions to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate recognition, wellness, and team-building programs.
  • Support internal communication and culture initiatives.
  • Coordinating Employee Welfare Training Programs.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR analytics or employee engagement (real estate sector preferred).
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills; Power BI or HRIS knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and people skills.
