Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive located in Umm Al Quwain. The HR Executive will handle a variety of responsibilities, including managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and supporting overall HR management. The role also involves fostering a positive and productive workplace culture while ensuring industry compliance.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations and Human Resources (HR)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
