Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin & Receptionist to support our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will manage the reception area, handle administrative tasks, coordinate property listings on Bayut, and process advertising permits through the Dubai Land Department (DLD). This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and experience in real estate or property marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Office Administration
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and agents in the reception area
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
- Maintain office records, documents, and correspondence
- Support day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks
Bayut & Property Listing Management
- Create, upload, and update property listings on Bayut
- Ensure listing accuracy (pricing, descriptions, images, locations)
- Coordinate with agents to gather property details and approvals
- Monitor listing performance and ensure compliance with platform policies
DLD & Permit Handling
- Prepare and submit advertising permit requests through DLD / Trakheesi
- Track permit status and renewals
- Maintain permit records and documentation
- Coordinate with relevant authorities and agencies when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a real estate office or similar role
- Knowledge of Bayut / property portals (preferred)
- Experience with DLD / Trakheesi permit processing (advantage)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional communication and customer-service mindset
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Background in real estate administration or marketing
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Fluency in English
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: AED3, AED3,500.00 per month
