Job Title: Receptionist & Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a professional, organized, and welcoming Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a vital role in shaping the first impressions of our clients and visitors.
The ideal candidate is a proactive "people person" who can balance front-desk hospitality with essential administrative support. You will keep our office running smoothly by managing communications, scheduling, and general office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet clients and visitors with a warm welcome; manage the check-in process and notify appropriate staff of arrivals.
- Communication: Handle a multi-line phone system, routing calls and taking detailed messages. Manage the general company email inbox.
- Administrative Support: Assist management with data entry, filing, scanning, and preparing documents or reports.
- Scheduling: Coordinate calendar invites, book conference rooms, and assist with travel arrangements or event planning.
- Office Logistics: Monitor and restock office and kitchen supplies; receive and distribute mail and packages.
- Facility Upkeep: Ensure the lobby, kitchen, and common areas remain tidy and professional throughout the day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
