About the Role:

We are looking for a Key Account Executive / Sales Coordinator to support our marketing operations & sales team across our B2B platforms — Yellowpages- and The candidate will ensure client information is consistently updated, verified, and aligned across Pulse ORM, Yellowpages-, and

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Client Listings on Pulse ORM:
  • Regularly update and verify client business information, photos, and contact details on Pulse ORM.
  • Ensure client listings are optimized and correctly synchronized with Google Business Profiles and other integrated channels.
  • Coordinate with clients to collect the latest updates, promotions, and business details for listing enhancement.

Contract & Data Quality Checks:

  • Review signed contracts from the sales team and cross-verify information uploaded on Yellowpages- and
  • Identify and correct discrepancies between signed agreements and online listings.

Cross-Department Coordination:

  • Work closely with the Social Media and SEO teams to obtain and execute client updates, content requests, and listing improvement tasks.
  • Communicate with clients to fulfill data or media requirements for marketing and optimization purposes.

Reporting & Follow-ups:

  • Maintain records of client updates, communication logs, and task completion status on Pulse ORM.
  • Prepare periodic reports on data accuracy, listing performance, and completed updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3, AED3,200.00 per month
