Key Account Sales Executive – Hygiene Products Industry
Location - Abudhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaima and Fujeirah
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Sales Executive with proven experience in the Hygiene Products Industry. The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to air care systems, tissues, cleaning chemicals, dispensers, and hygiene consumables, and a passion for developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Key Account Management: Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within institutional, hospitality, facility management, and retail sectors.
- Project Coordination: Handle end-to-end project sales — from lead generation, proposal submission, and negotiation to order execution and after-sales support.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong professional relationships with procurement teams, facility managers, and decision-makers.
- Sales Performance: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, while maintaining profitability and brand standards.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging product innovations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer service.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or key account management within the Hygiene or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene consumables, tissue products, and air care solutions.
- Proven record in project-based sales and institutional client management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple accounts efficiently
- UAE driving licence experience is mandatory to apply this position
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 per month
