Role Description – Key Account Manager UAE
This is a
full-time, on-site role
based in
Sharjah
.
The
Key Account Manager
will play a vital role in
expanding Dr. Scent's client base
and strengthening our market presence across the UAE. The primary focus of this role is to
develop new business opportunities
,
build long-term relationships
with potential and existing clients, and ensure a high level of satisfaction with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business leads to expand the company's client base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Understand client needs and propose customized scenting solutions.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close business deals effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and logistics) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Track account performance, analyze trends, and prepare sales reports.
- Develop strategic plans to increase sales growth, client retention, and market share.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in
account management, business development, or sales
. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in
CRM systems
and
Microsoft Office Suite
. - Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, or a related field
. - Experience in the
fragrance, retail, or FMCG industry
is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 (depending on experience) + Commission
