IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Sie begleiten unsere Mandanten eigenverantwortlich in sämtlichen Belangen des Gesellschaftsrechts sowie M&A
  • Dazu gehört die Bearbeitung von juristischen Fragestellungen und Dokumenten sowie die Erstellung von Rechtsgutachten
  • Sie pflegen und bauen bestehende Mandantenkontakte aus und unterstützen bei der Akquisition von Neukunden
  • Eigenständige Leitung von komplexen gesellschaftsrechtlichen Projekten in rechtsbereichsübergreifenden und interdisziplinären Teams
  • Sie begleiten unsere Mandanten durch (außer-)gerichtliche Streitigkeiten 

IHR PROFIL

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Bereich des Gesellschaftsrechts sowie M&A (vorzugsweise in den VAE)
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie verfügen über ein ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches Grundverständnis fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Bei anspruchsvollen juristischen Aufgabenstellungen gehen Sie systematisch vor und entwickeln passgenaue Lösungsstrategien
