We're Hiring: Senior Arabic Legal Advisor Emirates Law Expert

Are you a seasoned legal professional with a deep understanding of Emirates law?

We are looking for a highly qualified Emirates Legal Advisor to join our legal team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in established Emirates law firms, with a strong track record in legal advisory, litigation support, and drafting comprehensive legal documents.

Job Description:

As a
Senior Legal Advisor
, you will play a key role in delivering expert legal counsel across a broad spectrum of Emirates laws. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing in-depth legal analysis and strategic advice to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and translating legal documents including memoranda, contracts, pleadings, and legal opinions.
  • Supporting the litigation by preparing defense statements and advisory notes in complex legal disputes.
  • Interpreting Emirates laws across various domains including Civil, Commercial, Criminal, Labor, Family, Real Estate, and Intellectual Property.
  • Offering clear and practical legal advice to guide decision-making and ensure compliance.
  • Conducting legal research, risk assessments, and due diligence.
  • Staying current with legal developments, judicial precedents, and legislative updates in the Emirates .

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of legal experience within the Emirates .
  • In-depth knowledge of Emirates Civil, Commercial, Criminal, Labor, Family, Real-Estate, and Intellectual Property laws.
  • Proven expertise in drafting legal memoranda, defense statements, and legal opinions.-Strong legal analysis and strategic advisory skills.
  • Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).-Holder of at least a Bachelor's degree in Law (higher qualifications are a plus).
