A leading real estate group in Dubai is looking for an experienced Legal Advisor with strong expertise in UAE real estate law and Dubai regulations. This role reports directly to the Chairman/CEO and offers a dynamic, high-impact legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice on real estate transactions, leasing, acquisitions, and development projects.
  • Draft, review, and revise legal documents including MOUs, lease contracts, purchase agreements, NDAs, and service agreements.
  • Conduct legal due diligence for real estate transactions to assess risk and ensure compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to UAE and Dubai-specific property laws, including zoning, land use, and licensing.
  • Advise on compliance with DLD, RERA, and Dubai Municipality regulations.
  • Represent the company before RDC, Dubai Courts, DIAC, and Public Prosecution when required.
  • Collaborate with external legal counsel on litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams.
  • Monitor changes in UAE property laws, RERA regulations, and court rulings.
  • Assist in developing internal legal policies, templates, and compliance training.
  • Liaise with government entities, regulatory bodies, and legal authorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Law (LLB); Master's is a plus.
  • 5+ years of legal experience, with 4+ in UAE real estate law.
  • In-depth knowledge of DLD, RERA, RDC, DIAC, and Dubai Courts.
  • UAE Bar admission preferred.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal risk skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of development, off-plan laws, and investment structures.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions.
  • Experience mentoring junior legal staff.
  • Commercial mindset with strong legal judgment.
