Role Description

This full-time Legal Advisor role is an on-site position based in Dubai. The Legal Advisor will provide expert legal advice, prepare legal documents, and assist clients with a variety of legal issues, including labor and employment law matters. Day-to-day tasks include conducting legal research, reviewing contracts, drafting agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and representing clients in legal disputes. The role also involves coordinating closely with clients to deliver tailored, effective legal solutions while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in providing legal advice and addressing legal issues.
  • Expertise in legal document preparation and drafting agreements.
  • Strong knowledge of labor and employment law.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with UAE laws and regulations is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or higher qualifications.
  • Proven experience in a similar legal advisory role.
  • Ability to interact effectively with clients and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Proven experience in civil, criminal, and commercial law.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
