Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Legal Advisor located in Dubai. The Senior Legal Advisor will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation in various areas of law, preparing legal documents, advising clients related to their legal issues, and offering guidance on legal matters. The role involves interpreting laws, regulations, and rulings, as well as ensuring compliance to effectively support clients' needs in a professional and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • With 5+ years of experience working in a Law Firm in the Emirates
  • A strong background in Emirates Law and expertise in offering comprehensive Legal Advice
  • Proficiency in Drafting of Legal Memoranda, Legal Defense, Legal Document Preparation and addressing Legal Issues
  • In-depth knowledge of Emirates Law
  • In-depth knowledge of Emirates Court Systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience working in legal advisory or consultancy roles
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a professional environment
  • A law degree from a recognized university
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred
