Personal Assistant to CEO

Job Overview:
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and punctual personal assistant to support the CEO of our real estate company. This critical role requires exceptional organizational skills and proactive problem solving to manage the CEO's professional and property-related responsibilities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Support:
- Coordinate travel arrangements, plan itineraries, and manage event logistics.
- Handle personal errands and ad hoc requests from the CEO.
- Accompanying and driving the CEO to and from meetings, appointments, and related events.
Administrative Support:
- Serve as the primary liaison for the CEO, managing communications and maintaining an organized schedule.
- Handle confidential documents and correspondence with utmost discretion.
- Maintain and manage the CEO's client contacts and relationships.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes when required.
- Collaborate with the other personal assistant and HR manager to coordinate schedules and manage client and sales-related information.
- Draft and send sales proposals, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrated experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant.
- Exceptional memory and sharp attention to detail.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
