Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager-HoReCa, located in Dubai.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key HoReCa clients, developing business plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include maintaining strong partnerships, identifying potential growth opportunities, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and addressing customer needs within the foodservice sector.
The role demands collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients and ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Account Management and Key Accounts, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong Business Planning and Analytical Skills to identify growth opportunities and devise effective strategies
- Outstanding Customer Service skills and experience in exceeding client expectations
- Comprehensive knowledge of the foodservice (HoReCa) sector and its operational needs
- Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in HoReCa sales or FMCG distribution is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10, AED16,000.00 per month
