Dockmate Middle East FZ - LLC is the exclusive distributor for Dockmate, the world's leading wireless remote control system for yachts. From our strategic hub in the UAE, we are authorized to manage sales, distribution, and service across the entire GCC region. We are expanding our operations and looking for a dynamic, hands-on leader to drive our growth.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Regional Manager to spearhead our business development and operations across the GCC. This key position is responsible for building our dealer network from the ground up, managing all dealer and customer relations, overseeing the after-sales and service infrastructure, and acting as the primary liaison with our manufacturer.
Key Responsibilities
• Dealer Network Development: Identify, qualify, appoint, and onboard new dealers and service partners across all GCC countries (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman).
• Dealer & Channel Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all dealer communications. Provide product training, sales support, marketing materials, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Service & Operations Management: Establish and manage the complete after-sales and service infrastructure. Coordinate technical support, manage warranty processes, and ensure spare parts availability.
• Customer Relationship Management: Oversee all B2B (dealer) and B2C (end-user) customer relations, ensuring a premium brand experience and resolving any escalations.
• Manufacturer Liaison: Serve as the key commercial and technical liaison with the manufacturer (Dockmate HQ). Manage reporting, sales forecasting, market feedback, and technical queries.
The Ideal Candidate Profile
• Mandatory: 5+ years of demonstrable experience in the marine / yachting industry within the GCC.
• Mandatory: A proven track record in B2B sales, business development, and dealer network development.
• Mandatory: Strong technical aptitude and understanding of marine electronics, yacht systems, or similar technologies. You must be able to "talk shop" with technicians and engineers.
• Location & Travel: Must be based in the UAE with a valid driver's license. This role requires extensive travel across the GCC region.
• Languages: Fluent in English (written and verbal) is essential.
• Highly Desirable: Professional proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Skills: A proactive, autonomous, and hands-on professional. Excellent negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
