Sales Manager is urgently required for Technopower Group of companies operating in GCC, MENA Region and UK Region for its head office in Sharjah, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals for Diesel Generators, portable generators, synchronization and electric panels
- Coordinating with marketing team on lead generation.
- Recruit sales Executives/technicians, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Requirements and skills:

- A bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field.
- Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies is a must
- Ability to lead a sales team is must.
- Experience in customer relationship management is a must.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
