Office Administrator

1. Handle and screen incoming calls relating to real estate deals.
2. Manage and monitor lease administration from both the sides of landlord and tenant.
3. Maintain and organize real estate documents, agreements, and lease records.
4. Maintain and manage client database with details of deals, contracts, and payments.
5. Assist and support a team of real estate agents in capturing new business.
6. Maintain up-to-date financial records of lease properties, including lease rental incomes and maintenance expenses.
7. Ensure timely receipt of rental incomes.
8. Prepare documents such as Ejari's, etc.
9. Maintain and manage CRM and the company website.
10. Submit required documents for each property to obtain Trakheesi Permit, TruCheck Ads, and DTCM.
11. Monitor rentals and renewals.
12. Create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel and report to the Managing Director.
13. Compose, edit, and draft letters, addenda, and property-related contracts.
