Day-to-day tasks include handling communications, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing support to various departments as needed. Qualifications - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills - Experience in Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills - Basic knowledge of Finance tasks and processes - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
