Position Summary

Reporting to the Sales Development Team Leader, you will be an integral part of the team by helping the Business Consultants to research, prospect, cold call, follow-up and schedule meetings. We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken Sales Development Representative (SDR) to assist our company in expanding our customer base.

The SDR's responsibilities include generating potential leads, soliciting potential customers, facilitating sales, and connecting customers with the right salesperson.

Key Responsibilities

1. Developing sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers.
2. Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements.
3. Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
4. Presenting product information to customers once you have identified their needs.
5. Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
6. Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any goods or services.
7. Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
8. Collaborating with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.

Desired Qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. A solid understanding of the product and market dynamics (prior experience in Real Estate is a plus).
3. At least one year of experience in Telesales or a comparable sales-related position.

1. Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment.
2. Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
3. Strong time management abilities, coupled with a keen analytical mindset to assess and prioritize tasks efficiently.
4. Ability to follow scripts effectively while maintaining a natural, engaging delivery.
5. Confidence and effectiveness in cold calling, with the ability to engage and persuade prospective clients.
