Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administrative duties and support overall office coordination.
  • Maintain accurate employee files contracts and HR records.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and handling basic HR functions such as attendance and leave management.
  • Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams for interviews document collection and followups.
  • Serve as the goto person for staff queries related to HR and administrative matters.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in office administration with HR exposure preferably in the UAE.
