HR Administrator

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a real estate HR role.
2. Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees.
2. Maintain employee records and ensure they are up to date and accurate.
3. Manage employee attendance, leave records, and payroll processing.
4. Coordinate with management to address employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
6. Organize and manage HR-related events and meetings.
7. Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed.
8. Facilitate communication between management and employees.
9. Provide support for performance management processes and employee evaluations.
Skills:
1. Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive).
3. Excellent communication and writing skills.
4. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients of varying backgrounds and address inquiries accurately.
5. Knowledge of the Trakheesi system and ad permit creation.
6. Understanding of real estate and property rules and regulations.
7. HR management experience and familiarity with HR best practices.
