OverviewBusiness Development Manager - Property Monitor role at Property Monitor. Together, these brands shape how people buy, sell, and connect across real estate, classifieds, and services in the UAE and broader region.As a Business Development Manager, you will thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. You will drive the acquisition of new clients by reaching out to targeted clients, handling inquiries, and using your initiative to open up additional sales opportunities.In this role, you will:Identify, prospect, and secure new real estate brokerage clients through cold calling, networking, industry events, and referral networksAlongside the senior BDM, develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to grow our presence in the UAE real estate marketBuild and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress through the CRM to conclusionDeliver persuasive product presentations and demos tailored to the specific needs of prospective clientsNegotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth handover to onboarding and customer success teamsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market and our competitive landscapeCollaborate with the wider PM team to provide client feedback/suggestions and insights into market sentiment and competitor activityRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and generate leadsBe flexible and assist other teams/departments as neededRequirementsA minimum of secondary education.
