**Job Summary**:*

**Key Responsibilities**:*
- **Identify and Pursue Opportunities**:* Research and identify potential clients, partners, and markets for expansion. Develop strategies to target and convert new business opportunities.
- **Client Relationship Management**:* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- **Market Analysis**:* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting business setup in Dubai. Use this information to inform strategic decisions.
- **Sales Strategy Development**:* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Create detailed business plans and sales forecasts.
- **Networking and Partnerships**:* Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and develop new business connections.
- **Proposal and Contract Management**:* Prepare and present business proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals. Ensure all contracts and agreements are in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- **Team Collaboration**:* Work closely with the marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- **Performance Tracking**:* Monitor and report on sales performance, using KPIs to assess success and areas for improvement. Adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.

**Qualifications**:*
- **Education:* **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
- **Experience**:* Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the business setup or professional services industry in Dubai.
- **Skills**:*
- Strong understanding of the business setup process, regulations, and market dynamics in Dubai.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
