**Job Location**: Dubai, UAE

**Basic Function**:
The Manager Business Development and Client servicing will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients, and ensuring the successful conversion of leads into long-term business contracts.

**Principal Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in UAE market related to Business Process Outsourcing and IT sales, generating leads and converting them into successful business relationships.
- **Client servicing and Revenue Assurance**: Understanding the needs of the client and proactively meeting those needs. Understanding how to excel in this service can help you retain business clients. Ensure Revenue targets as committed quarter on quarter basis are effectively met.
- **Lead Generation & Sales closure**: Drive efforts to generate qualified leads through cold calls, networking, events, and referrals. Convert leads into closed deals through effective negotiation and relationship-building.
- **Business Strategy & Planning**: Develop and execute business development strategies and marketing plans to drive growth for the organization’s BPO services. At the same time focus on identifying need for various IT products with existing and new client and offer them our tailored solutions developed by industry experts.
- **Market Analysis**: Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer demands to refine strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- **Cross-Selling & Upselling**: Actively cross-sell and upsell IT products and solutions and services across existing accounts to increase revenue and expand service offerings.
- **Client Onboarding & Transition**: Manage the smooth transition of new clients from the sales process to the operational teams, ensuring successful service delivery.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Work closely and ensure deliveries are being met as committed to the client through Transition, Ops, Training, Quality and teams involved.

**Qualification, Experience and Minimum requirement**:

- **Experience**: A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on the BPO and/or IT product sales. Experience in B2B sales, client management, and service delivery in the BPO and IT space would be an advantage.
- **Education**: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- **Valid driver's license and reliable transportation**: Ability to travel throughout the assigned territories in UAE, a valid UAE driver’s licence is must and own vehicle preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
