Title: Key Account Manager Personal Care Location: Dubai UAE Summary: We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager for a leading personal care manufacturing brand based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE market exposure and proven experience managing major modern trade and retail accounts such as Nesto Spinneys Carrefour Lulu Union Coop and other key retailers. The role requires strong commercial acumen, relationship management, negotiation skills and a track record of driving revenue growth in the FMCG/personal care category. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage and grow key accounts in the UAE modern trade and retail segment including Nesto Spinneys Carrefour Lulu Union Coop Choithrams and other major chains. Deliver annual sales targets, margin objectives and category growth plans. Lead joint business planning, promotional strategies and category development initiatives with key retailers. Monitor account performance, analyze sales trends and recommend corrective actions. Ensure timely listing of new products, price updates, promotions and visibility agreements. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance and production) to ensure seamless execution. Manage contracts, trade terms, negotiations and reporting for assigned accounts. Track competitor activity and provide insights for pricing, activation and product positioning. Build long‑term relationships with buyers, category managers and retail stakeholders. Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. MBA preferred but not mandatory. Experience: 5–8 years of experience in Key Account Management within FMCG or personal care in the UAE. Mandatory experience handling major UAE retailers such as Nesto Spinneys, Carrefour, Lulu, Union Coop etc. Proven track record of delivering sales targets and managing high‑volume accounts. Skills & Competencies: Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills. Deep understanding of UAE retail and modern trade dynamics. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools. Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple stakeholders. Strong commercial acumen and problem‑solving skills.
