Market Insights: Stay updated on eCommerce trends, competitive analysis, and market changes to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular performance reports to senior management and clients, including sales forecasts, progress updates, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Compliance & Brand Standards: Ensure that all key accounts adhere to brand guidelines, compliance regulations, and online retail standards for product listings and customer experience.
