A Fleet SalesExecutive is responsible for selling vehicles tobusinesses, organizations, or government entities that needmultiple vehicles for their operations. The role involves buildingrelationships with clients, identifying their needs, and offeringtailored vehicle solutions that meet business requirements. TheFleet Sales Executive is a key driver of revenue in the automotiveindustry, focusing on high-volume sales and maintaining long-termclient relationships.

KeyResponsibilities

Salesand BusinessDevelopment

  • Generatenew business by identifying and targeting potential fleetcustomers, including corporations, leasing companies, andgovernment organizations.
  • Develop and executesales strategies to meet or exceed fleet salestargets.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles,highlighting features, benefits, and the value proposition tailoredto each client'sneeds.

ClientRelationshipManagement

  • Build andmaintain strong relationships with fleet customers, ensuring highlevels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage theentire sales process from prospecting to closing, includingnegotiating contracts and securing fleetorders.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients,addressing any post-sale concerns or servicerequests.

MarketResearch andAnalysis

  • Conduct marketresearch to identify industry trends, competitor activities, andpotential sales opportunities.
  • Analyze clientrequirements and recommend the most appropriate vehicles and fleetsolutions based on their operationalneeds.
  • Stay informed about changes inregulations, tax incentives, or financial policies related to fleetpurchases.

SalesReporting andForecasting

  • Maintainaccurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, andpipeline progress.
  • Prepare sales reports,forecasts, and performance metrics formanagement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators(KPIs) to track sales targets and adjust strategies asneeded.

Collaborationwith OtherDepartments

  • Workclosely with the marketing team to develop promotional materialsand campaigns aimed at attracting fleetcustomers.
  • Collaborate with the finance andafter-sales departments to ensure seamless service delivery,including financing options, delivery logistics, and after-salessupport.
  • Coordinate with the product team tostay updated on the latest vehicle models, features, andpricing.

CustomerFinancing and LeasingOptions

  • Provide clientswith financing and leasing options, explaining the benefits ofdifferent plans (e.g., leasing vs.purchasing).
  • Work with financial institutionsor in-house finance teams to structure deals that fit theclient's budget and operationalneeds.

Skills andQualifications:

  • Education: A bachelor'sdegree or Diploma
  • Experience: A minimum of 3years work experience in fleetsales.
  • Languages: Fluency in Arabic andEnglish
  • Computer literate: MSOffice.
