Job Description:

As a CEO Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing communications with various stakeholders at all levels, ensuring effective communication and appropriate tracking to closure.
  • Providing comprehensive support, acting as the first point of contact, and demonstrating strong judgment and problem-solving skills while handling issues.
  • Managing various tasks, including complex travel arrangements, coordinating with service providers, and calendar and meetings management.
  • Collaborating with other assistants and taking over as many responsibilities as possible.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to work independently, possessing multitasking skills and competence in handling both personal and business tasks.
  • Advanced communication skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in other languages such as Arabic (an advantage).
  • Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset with proactive thinking skills to resolve issues discreetly and efficiently.
  • Highly reliable and trustworthy, with a past track record and references available upon request.
  • University degree with distinction.
