KeyResponsibilities:
- DocumentManagement: Prepare process and maintain constructionrelateddocuments including bid proposals contracts and projectreports.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meetings sitevisits and project timelines. Maintain calendars for projectmanagers and other team members.
- Communication:Serve as a liaison between the construction team clientssubcontractors and vendors. Handle phone calls emails and othercorrespondence.
- Record Keeping: Maintainaccurate records of project progress budgets and expenditures.Ensure all documentation is uptodate and easilyaccessible.
- Office Support: Order and manageoffice supplies arrange travel and accommodations for team membersand assist with general office duties asneeded.
- Project Assistance: Support projectmanagers with tasks such as preparing presentations trackingproject milestones and ensuring compliance with company policiesand procedures.

Qualifications:
EssentialQualifications
- BachelorsDegree or Diploma required (High School Certificate to beconsidered with relevant work experience); additionalqualifications in office administration or a related field arepreferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrativeexperience preferably in the construction or engineeringindustry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Excellentverbal and written communication skills.
- Strongorganizational and multitaskingabilities.
- Attention to detail andproblemsolving skills.
- Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
