We are seeking a dynamicand resultsdrivenTelesales professional to manage leadsgenerated through various marketing channels. The ideal candidatewill be responsible for coordinating tracking and following up onleads while actively engaging in telesales to nurture prospects forreassigning to agents. This role is essential to maximizing salespotential and ensuring a seamless process from lead generation toconversion.

KeyResponsibilities:

  1. Lead Management :
  • Receive organize and prioritize incoming leadsfrom multiple sources (sales team online platforms social mediaemail campaigns etc.).
  • Maintain and updateSalesforce CRM with accurate and timely information.
  • Assign leads to the appropriate sales team members basedon the nature and qualification of the lead.
LeadQualification :
  • Prescreen and qualify leads based on companycriteria.
  • Conduct initial phone calls withleads to gather necessary information and assesspotential.
  • Follow up with leads via callsemails or other communication channels to keep them engaged andmove them along the sales funnel.
TeleSales :
  • Make outbound sales calls to cold leadsproviding them with product/service information and provide leadsto sales team.
  • Address customer inquiriesresolve complaints and provide necessary information to convertprospects into customers.
Reporting &Analysis :
  • Provideregular reports on lead status connectivity report and outcomes toperformance manager.
CrossDepartmentCollaboration :
  • Workclosely with the marketing team to understand ongoing campaigns andoptimize lead conversion strategies.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoversof qualified leads and provide feedback on lead quality.
Customer RelationshipManagement :
  • Maintainstrong relationships with customers and prospects through regularfollowups and a high level of customer service.

Qualifications& Skills:

  • Proven experience in telesales lead coordination or asimilar role.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle highvolumes of leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce and other leads trackingtools.
  • Highly motivated with a strong desireto meet and exceed marketing targets targets.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced targetdrivenenvironment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the Dubai Real Estate sector.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM & understandingof Excel to maintain data & providereport.
