Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CEO Secretary located in Sharjah at Dr Scent. The CEO Secretary will be responsible for executive administrative assistance, providing executive support, managing expense reports, handling diary management, and offering general administrative assistance to the CEO.

Qualifications
  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
  • Experience in managing expense reports and diary management
  • Strong administrative assistance skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in the fragrance or luxury industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
