KeyResponsibilities

SalesOperations Support

  1. Assistthe Head of Mobility in implementing sales strategies and meetingdealership goals.
  2. Monitor daily salesactivities and ensure adherence to establishedprocesses.
  3. Support the team in achievingindividual and group sales targets.

Team Supervision

  1. Supervise and guide sales consultants providing coachingand performance feedback.
  2. Assist in onboardingand training new team members.
  3. Act as a pointof escalation for sales team queries or customer issues.

Customer RelationshipManagement

  1. Engage withcustomers to ensure a high standard of service andsatisfaction.
  2. Address and resolve customercomplaints or concerns promptly.
  3. Build strongrelationships with repeat customers and maintain a database ofpotential leads.

Inventoryand Pricing Assistance

  1. Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure vehiclesare available for customer demands.
  2. Assist inreviewing pricing strategies and recommending adjustments forpromotions or competitive positioning.

Performance Tracking andReporting

  1. Track individualand team sales performance providing reports to the Head ofMobility.
  2. Monitor KPIs such as closing ratioscustomer followups and sales conversions.
  3. Support in creating sales forecasts andbudgets.

Marketing andPromotion

  1. Coordinate withthe marketing team to implement campaigns andpromotions.
  2. Promote dealership events andsales initiatives within the community.
  3. Assistin analyzing the impact of marketing efforts on salesperformance.

Complianceand Procedures

  1. Ensure thatall sales processes comply with dealership policies and localregulations.
  2. Maintain accurate documentationof sales activities contracts and customer interactions.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field(preferred).
  2. Experience in automotive saleswith a minimum of 2 years in a similar or supervisoryrole.
  3. Strong knowledge of the automotivemarket including trends and customer preferences.
  4. Proficiency in CRM systems and dealership managementsoftware.
  5. Excellent communication leadershipand organizational skills.
