Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in hospitality customerservice business or a related field(preferred)
  • Atleast 1 2 years of experience in customer service sales or asimilar role preferably in a premium or luxury serviceenvironment.
  • Excellentverbal and written communicationskills.
  • Stronginterpersonal and relationshipbuildingabilities.
  • Conflictresolution and problemsolvingskills.
  • Highemotional intelligence andempathy.
  • Proficiencyin customer relationship management (CRM) software and officetools.
  • Backgroundin the fitness hospitality or service industry is aplus.
