Job Description

  1. Customer Interaction:

    3. Address customer inquiries and keep them informed about the status of their vehicles during the service process.
  2. Service Coordination:
    1. Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's workflow.
    2. Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
    3. Prioritize and coordinate multiple service orders based on urgency and customer needs.
  3. Documentation:
    1. Accurately document customer concerns, vehicle symptoms, and recommended repairs.
    2. Prepare and explain service invoices, ensuring transparency in billing and charges.
    3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history.
  4. Upselling and Customer Education:
    1. Recommend additional services and products based on the vehicle's maintenance needs and customer preferences.
    2. Educate customers on the importance of regular maintenance and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  5. Quality Assurance:
    1. Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets the dealership's standards.
    2. Address any post-service issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  6. Qualifications:
    1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in automotive technology is a plus.
    2. Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
    3. Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
    4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    5. Computer literacy and familiarity with service management software.
    6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7. Working Conditions:

    Service Advisors typically work in a dealership or automotive repair facility, interacting with customers and service technicians. The role may involve occasional weekend or evening hours to accommodate customer schedules.

  • Total: 9+ Years of experience
  • UAE experience: 5+ Years (Mandatory)
  • Age: 25-40 Years
  • Education: ITI/B. Tech or any equivalent degree
