  • Ensure prior approvalsand proper documentation in place for overlanddeliveries
  • Raise delivery notes in SAP fordeliveries from Barge to customer and cross tradeshipments.
  • Keep updated report of all returnshipments, Qatar samples, road permits, annual bunkering permit ofvarious ports, tanker utilization, service level reports,etc.
  • Generate PR/MIGO in optima against validinvoices of Logistics service providers
  • Captureall monthly fixed costs of Logistics dept. in Ariba by 10th ofevery month & circulate to allConcerned.
  • Cross verify services availed andtimely submission of invoices toaccounts.
