We are looking for a CRM Leads Distribution Specialist to manage and optimize the distribution of high-volume leads through our Bitrix system . This role is crucial in ensuring that our sales agents receive the right leads at the right time, maximizing conversion potential and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently distribute leads across agents using Bitrix CRM, ensuring fair allocation and prioritization.
  • Monitor lead flow and agent performance, making real-time adjustments to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead distribution aligns with business objectives.
  • Analyze lead quality and effectiveness, providing insights to enhance conversion rates.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity, ensuring all leads are properly categorized and assigned.
  • Work with IT teams to ensure seamless integration between CRM and other business systems.
  • Troubleshoot any CRM-related technical issues and collaborate with IT to resolve them.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Bitrix CRM or similar lead management systems.
  • Strong IT background with experience in CRM systems integration and troubleshooting.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize lead distribution accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with sales teams.
  • Prior experience in forex, finance, or sales operations is a plus.
