A renowned advertising agency is seeking an experienced Senior CRM Manager for a 12-month contract . In this role, you will lead and refine the agency's CRM strategy , driving customer engagement, retention, and conversion through data-driven initiatives.

As a key player in the team, you will develop and execute personalized customer journeys, optimize lifecycle management, and enhance overall client interactions . The ideal candidate has a strategic mindset, expertise in CRM platforms, and a strong analytical approach to maximizing customer value and business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a CRM strategy that enhances customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  2. Oversee the design and execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, etc.).
  3. Ensure CRM activities are aligned with broader marketing and business objectives.
  4. Leverage customer data to segment audiences and develop personalized communication strategies.
  5. Optimize customer lifecycle journeys, from acquisition to retention and re-engagement.
  6. Identify behavioral patterns and develop automated workflows to improve conversion rates.
Data Analysis & Insights
  1. Analyze CRM data to track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure campaign effectiveness, and generate actionable insights.
  2. Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
  3. Collaborate with data and analytics teams to enhance customer insights and predictive modeling.
  4. Manage CRM tools and platforms, ensuring seamless integration with other marketing technologies.
  5. Implement marketing automation strategies to streamline customer communications.
  6. Stay updated on CRM best practices, emerging trends, and new tools to improve efficiency.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  1. Work closely with creative, digital, and media teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across customer touchpoints.
  2. Partner with sales and account management teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
  3. Act as the CRM expert within the agency, providing guidance on best practices and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications and Experience
  1. 5+ years of experience in CRM, customer engagement, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in a creative agency or marketing-driven environment.
  2. Proven expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Klaviyo, Adobe Campaign, etc.).
  3. Strong analytical skills with experience in data segmentation, reporting, and performance optimization.
  4. Experience with marketing automation, personalization, and A/B testing.
  5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into strategic actions.
  6. Experience in multi-channel campaign management (email, SMS, push notifications, paid media integration, etc.).
  7. Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations related to customer data.
