A renowned advertising agency is seeking an experienced Senior CRM Manager for a 12-month contract . In this role, you will lead and refine the agency's CRM strategy , driving customer engagement, retention, and conversion through data-driven initiatives.
As a key player in the team, you will develop and execute personalized customer journeys, optimize lifecycle management, and enhance overall client interactions . The ideal candidate has a strategic mindset, expertise in CRM platforms, and a strong analytical approach to maximizing customer value and business impact.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a CRM strategy that enhances customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Oversee the design and execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, etc.).
- Ensure CRM activities are aligned with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Leverage customer data to segment audiences and develop personalized communication strategies.
- Optimize customer lifecycle journeys, from acquisition to retention and re-engagement.
- Identify behavioral patterns and develop automated workflows to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze CRM data to track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure campaign effectiveness, and generate actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to enhance customer insights and predictive modeling.
- Manage CRM tools and platforms, ensuring seamless integration with other marketing technologies.
- Implement marketing automation strategies to streamline customer communications.
- Stay updated on CRM best practices, emerging trends, and new tools to improve efficiency.
- Work closely with creative, digital, and media teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across customer touchpoints.
- Partner with sales and account management teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
- Act as the CRM expert within the agency, providing guidance on best practices and strategic recommendations.
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, customer engagement, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in a creative agency or marketing-driven environment.
- Proven expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Klaviyo, Adobe Campaign, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data segmentation, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Experience with marketing automation, personalization, and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into strategic actions.
- Experience in multi-channel campaign management (email, SMS, push notifications, paid media integration, etc.).
- Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations related to customer data.
