Lead the development and execution of innovative CRM and loyalty strategies to optimize customer retention, acquisition, and lifetime value for a leading retail group in the Middle East.

This role involves leading a dedicated team of professionals across CRM, loyalty, and analytics, playing a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's customer retention and acquisition strategies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute data-driven loyalty initiatives, design and implement strategic brand partnerships, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to align CRM and loyalty initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Functional Responsibilities: Oversee CRM and loyalty program performance, lead analytics functions to generate actionable insights, provide expert guidance on MarTech tools and data analytics platforms, and ensure timely reporting and tracking of key performance indicators.

A strong candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in CRM, customer loyalty, and brand partnerships, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Previous experience in a retail or consumer-facing business is highly desirable.
