Client Relationship Management:
  • Build strong and longlasting relationships with clientsto enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Stay informed about clients preferences purchase historyand upcoming events to provide personalized recommendations andattentive service.
  • Effectively handle clientinquiries requests and concerns ensuring timely resolution andcustomer satisfaction.
ProductKnowledge and Brand Representation:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the luxury brandsrepresented in the retail establishment such as Empreinte FloraNikrooz Lilia & Peony or Spanx.
  • Stayupdated on the latest trends features and collections of the luxurybrands to provide accurate and compelling product information tocustomers.
  • Uphold the brand image andstandards by embodying professionalism elegance and sophisticationin personal appearance conduct and communication.
Sales Reporting and TargetAchievement:
  • Maintain accuraterecords of sales transactions and customer information using theprovided systems or tools.
  • Meet and exceedsales targets and contribute to the overall success of the retailestablishment.

Requirements:

  1. Experience:
  • Provenexperience in luxury sales within a retail environment preferablywith specific exposure to luxury brands like Empreinte FloraNikrooz Lilia & Peony or Spanx.
Product Knowledge:
  • Strongknowledge of luxury products materials craftsmanship and industrytrends.
Sales and Customer ServiceSkills:
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and buildlasting relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability todrive sales and meet targets.
Professionalism:
  • Impeccable personal presentation embodying luxury andsophistication.
  • Exceptional customer serviceorientation with a focus on providing an extraordinary shoppingexperience.
LanguageSkills:
  • Fluency in English isrequired. Additional language skills such as Arabic would be anadvantage.
