Join Fujifilm Middle East & Africa as a Clinical Application Analyst for diagnostic imaging devices. The successful candidate will have a strong background in MRI, CT & 3D reconstruction workstation .

Responsibilities
  1. Complete comprehension of CT and MRI physics, operations and clinical applications.
  2. Develop applications training plan and manage training process, check list and presentation for end user at each location to assure their best utilization of Fujifilm products and services.
  3. Provide ongoing post-installation training and customer support as needed over the lifecycle of the product.
  4. Provides pre-sale product clinical consultation and/or educational sessions to potential customers in partnership with distribution partner sales team.
  5. Support & assist the customer account to improve productivity, patient care and quality by optimizing the clinical image quality, product workflow and protocol management.
  6. Determining whether client needs additional training or development and preparing additional training as determined by need.
  7. Maintain contact as the key clinical contact person for Fujifilm at each location for follow-up concerns, problems, system upgrades, and additional training needed.
  8. Complete reports confirming the performance of the foregoing duties.
  9. Maintain technical and clinical proficiency.
  10. Diagnose and resolve problems affecting system performance and image quality.
  11. Assist sales personnel as requested with product sales presentations and product demonstrations with focus on customer needs.
  12. Provide information to the Business Units regarding recommended product enhancements, product improvements and general customer feedback.
  13. Collaborate and coordinate the delivery of customer training with a targeted integrated account management approach including sales.
  14. Maintain customer relationships through proactive touches and communicate all relevant product and/or customer concerns or opportunities to the Management team, Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Loyalty Leads, and Technical Support regarding technical and clinical issue or how to improve the quality of the product or overall product offerings.
  15. Demonstrate high degree of applications and systems expertise of designated Fujifilm CT, Pixel shine, MRI and SYNAPSE 3D image post processing products to end users and sales team members.
  16. Provide customer troubleshooting, applications and operational assistance in the entire region, both on site and remote.
  17. Proactive and reactive compilation and evaluation of statistics and issue of adequate reports concerning errors and problems in regard to the applications support of the product.
  18. Manage and control the distribution of application information including "Tips and Tricks" for product line(s) responsibility within MEA region.
  19. Work with Fujifilm Countries Managers and Fujifilm distribution Partners.
  20. Implementation and training support of new software and products.
  21. Educate and train distributor staff in the proper use of our products.
  22. Support our distributors with product and clinical information.
  23. Plan and execute medical conference participation and exhibition.
  24. Conduct video training sessions for distributors and end user.
  25. Prepare clinical material to support sales activities.
  26. Coordinate, schedule & deliver objective based system / feature training & education support for customer accounts over an extended period while demonstrating full range of product features, capabilities & benefits.
  27. Produce well-written post-training reports & provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction & needs.
  28. Provide technical & clinical leadership during sales process by demonstrating full range of CT, Pixel shine, MRI and SYNAPSE 3D image post processing products features including potential uses, product capabilities & benefits to customers as needed.
  29. Support trade shows & professional conferences by performing product demonstration & promotion.
  30. Work with the assigned regional CT, Pixel shine, MRI and SYNAPSE 3D image post processing products sales leaders to present clinical value proposition of Fujifilm CT, Pixel shine, MRI and 3D image post processing products product line to customers.
  31. Create & maintain a comprehensive image library of sample cases.
Required experience and qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline or related field.
  2. Proactive person with a fresh and flexible mind, capable to work in a team with a very positive outlook to go the extra mile to support and achieve the goals of our business unit.
  3. Proficient in computer literacy with knowledge relating to currently approved software and operating systems, networks, and connectivity.
  4. Good interpersonal skills, professional attitude, excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
  5. Possess superior communications skills, both written and oral, in English and Arabic with the ability to deal with customers and staff at all levels.
  6. More than 4 years of experience in clinical radiology work predominantly in CT, MRI and 3D image post processing products.
  7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. Arabic is a plus.
  8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  9. Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field.
