About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly skilled Ultrasound Application Specialist to join our team as a Clinical Application Specialist - Ultrasound. In this role, you will provide clinical expertise through pre-sales presentations, product demonstrations, application training, and handing over of company products.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Account Managers by providing clinical decision support for products and solutions, including sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Develop and execute winning clinical sales strategies to expand market share.
  • Work closely with Gulf & Levant region's channel partners to ensure they are up to date with the latest application training and demo capabilities.
  • Educate the sales team on emerging clinical issues and positioning solutions to address these market changes.
  • Support new product launches.
  • Set up application training schedules in close cooperation with the customer.
  • Report to PH on difficulties in optimal usage of the equipment.
  • Deliver customized (competency-based) training material packs when required.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback about the quality of training delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about new developments in the clinical application and operating field of the relevant equipment.
  • Manage safety standards required by the company, including radiation protection and health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure that all clinical applications training complies with the company's quality policy.
  • Report customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy.
