Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategies to enhance retail banking product lines, consumer deposit and lending portfolios, ensuring profitable and sustainable account balance and revenue growth.
  2. Define target segments and strategies for products and bundles of products.
  3. Develop both short and long-term strategic business goals and ensure that it is aligned with the overall bank strategy.
  4. Set up the short and long-term planning for products, segments, and channel teams to ensure revenue and market share growth.
  5. Strategic development of the bank's liabilities and insurance portfolios.
  6. Ensure the right mapping of value proposition and service level differentiation.
  7. Manage the annual rollout of the bank's marketing plan.
  8. Develop blended marketing channel mixes (direct traditional channels, as well as social media platforms) according to the needs of the target audience.
  9. Manage the development of marketing planning strategies and strategic communication plans to attract identified targeted growth areas and leveraging segments.
  10. Utilize market research to create a deep understanding of specialized market needs analysis and utilize it to improve market mix strategies.
  11. Developing and leveraging an in-depth understanding of customers' needs and behavior and who have the potential for future growth.
  12. Identifying market and competitive trends that are impacting segment customers and those that are seen as opportunities for new business.
  13. Establishing financial targets for market share, salary transfers, product growth, cross-sell ratio, revenue, and profitability.
  14. Designing new strategies for new product introductions.
  15. Managing the Rewards Program by refining segments, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
  16. Coordinating at strategic levels with other functions across the business.
