Job Summary
The Operations Support Manager will lead the implementation of service management best practices across our organization. This includes identifying and resolving service delivery defects and analyzing satisfaction results.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and resolve service delivery defects, analyze trends, and share observations and suggestions with their manager.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance colleague productivity and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Monitor and report on service delivery metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide feedback and coaching to colleagues to support their growth and development.
Requirements
Strong understanding of service management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work collaboratively with others.
Proven ability to make informed decisions.
