Job Description:
We're seeking a talented Regional Business Development Lead to lead our efforts in driving regional growth for our stablecoin (RLUSD) and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies, identifying new revenue streams, and building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, and sales in Banking, Finance, Tech, Consulting, and/or Crypto. Your expertise in Trad-Fi, FinTech, and digital assets will be valuable in navigating the complexities of the financial landscape. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential, as well as a collaborative approach and comfort with change. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
