Executive Assistant to General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our General Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, screening calls, and handling correspondence, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including managing calendars, screening calls, and handling correspondence.
- Calendar Management: Manage the General Manager's calendar, ensuring that all appointments and meetings are scheduled and confirmed.
- Correspondence: Handle all correspondence, including emails, letters, and faxes, ensuring that all responses are timely and accurate.
- Office Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of the office, including requisitioning and controlling office supplies, and maintaining document signature processes.
- Communication: Coordinate with colleagues and representatives of other departments to ensure an efficient flow of communication.
- Reporting: Prepare reports as required, and ensure that all arrangements are made prior to meetings.
- Guest Services: Ensure personal awareness of activities and services within the hotel, and be responsive to guest inquiries.
- Teamwork: Work well with all levels of management and staff, as well as guests, reflecting the Raffles Hotel philosophy by providing a high quality of service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
