Personal Assistant to CEO

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, capable of managing complex schedules, and comfortable with both domestic and international travel as part of their responsibilities. This role demands discretion, flexibility, and the ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
- Handle confidential and non-routine information with the utmost discretion.
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, including handling phone calls, mail, and email communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Facilitate internal and external communication — effectively acting as a liaison between the CEO, staff, and external partners.
- Plan, organize, and manage events and meetings, ensuring the CEO's requirements are met.
- Accompany the CEO on domestic and international travel as required, managing logistics and itineraries to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct research, collect data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives.
- Handle personal tasks and errands for the CEO as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably with experience serving C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying calm under pressure.
- Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business tools.
- Flexibility to travel internationally and adjust to varying time zones.
- Valid passport and comfort with frequent travel.
