About the Role

We're seeking a talented individual to drive technical relationships with partners based across EMEA, supporting our partners and merchants through platform solutions.

This role will require technical leadership and guidance for global merchants using these platforms, including providing subject matter expertise on platforms and assisting merchant RFPs.

You'll be responsible for being the technical interface between partners and internal teams, such as Partnerships, Product, Engineering, and Implementation Engineering.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the technical owner throughout the partner integration lifecycle.
  • Interface between partnerships and product/engineering teams internally and externally.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on platforms for merchants.
  • Escalate issues to partner technical contacts.
Requirements
  • Experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or similar roles.
  • Knowledge/experience working with eCommerce platforms, subscription management platforms, and ERPs.
  • Familiarity with API-based integration methods.
  • DevOps experience from a technical and customer solutions point of view.
